Essential Job Function:
o Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies.
o Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
o Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients’ information.
o Make cold calls and visits to potential clients, understand the client’s requirement, and demonstrate the company’s product features.
o Plan and organize business development strategy and strive for achieving sales target assigned to him/her.
o Preparing business proposals and quotations.
o Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
Essential Job Specification:
o Minimum Bachelor’s Degree holder in Management or IT (Preferable Master’s Degree with specialization in Sales & Marketing).
o 2+ years of relevant work experience.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
o Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
o Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power-Point.
o Integrity, dependability, loyalty, taking ownership and ability to collaborate with a team.
o Willing to travel outside Kathmandu valley.
o Having two-wheeler/license will have advantage.
Note: Past sales experience of Fiber Optic Products and/or work experience in Internet Service Providers and/or Cable TV Operators will be an added advantage.
